1. Our services

Meridian Advisory provides professional advisory and compliance services (including the EU Ingredient & Compliance Screen). These are services, not physical goods; deliverables are provided electronically.

2. Your statutory right of withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a consumer, under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU) you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of concluding it, without giving any reason. To exercise it, send us a clear statement (for example by email to hello@gomeridian.eu) before the 14 days expire. We reimburse all payments received, using the same means of payment, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed.

If you asked us to begin the service during the 14-day period and it is then fully performed, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost; if performance has started but is incomplete, you pay a proportionate amount for work already done.

3. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, and because we stand behind our work, we voluntarily offer a 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • If, within 30 days of your purchase, you are not satisfied that the service delivered what was promised on the product page, contact us at hello@gomeridian.eu explaining the issue.
  • We will first try to put it right. If we cannot, we will refund the fee for that service.
  • This guarantee is offered in good faith for genuine dissatisfaction; it does not cover situations where a market, authority or third party reaches a decision outside our control, or where you simply choose not to proceed after a compliant deliverable has been provided.

4. Orders we have not started

If we have not begun work, you may cancel at any time for a full refund.

5. Business (B2B) clients

For engagements where you contract as a business, cancellation and refund terms are those set out in your written agreement and our Terms & Conditions; the consumer withdrawal right does not apply.

6. How refunds are made

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear. We do not charge a fee for processing a refund.

7. How to contact us / make a complaint

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), anpc.ro and its Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) service anpc.ro/ce-este-sal, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
